Insurance Information

While many dental insurance plans now include orthodontic benefits for just a few dollars a month, our office will make every effort to provide you with the finest orthodontic care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

Many patients believe they have a preferred list of providers for orthodontics. They may even be guided there by their insurance carriers. However, Dr. Waters accepts all insurance plans and in almost every case, preferred insurance plans pay at the same rate to non-listed orthodontists as they do for the few that may be listed.

Dr. Waters' office staff will bill all insurances for each patient and will provide all necessary flex receipts according to the needs of individual flex plans, however we do not bill for the initial records since payment is regularly limited to 50% and this often triggers the deductible which reduces the payment for any further orthodontic treatment.
